Exploring Doula Work as Mental Health Advocacy with Kazia Bryant
The host for this episode is Tina Zeller, a collective member and collaborative educator with the Academy for Integrative Mental Health focusing on trauma sensitive yoga and family advocacy from birth and beyond. This is a conversation with Kazia Bryant, which explored the details of doula work and the impact of doula support on the collective mental health of families.
Kazia is a full spectrum doula, reproductive justice advocate, community healer, and Midwifery student. She is the Doula Program Coordinator and Executive Director at Mama to Mama, and is the Doula Program Manager at Black Birth Justice.
