Monthly Topic: Grief and the Pandemic
We have been creating a resource bundle each month that we are calling starter packs. Our monthly bundles include blog posts, worksheets and materials and guided practices that you can use in sessions and for yourself. If you sign up for our monthly newsletter you will also get access to our monthly curated playlist that goes along with the theme of each bundle.
This month, our topic of focus is on grief and specifically honoring grief as the two year mark of the COVID 19 pandemic is upon us. Anniversaries are important placeholders for the mind and body and are significant considering how we respond and cope with grief and trauma.
In this episode we discuss:

- Grief anniversaries
- Types of grief (cumulative, prolonged and complicated grief and collective grief)
- How grief effects the body and mind
- The relationship between grief and praise
- Techniques of how to grief individually and in community
- Guided grief breathing practice
- Poems, clips and more!
