We recently sat down with Jessica Hill Powell and she discusses her experience with essential oils and mood. She shares her personal experience with oils for both her physical and mental health, she explains how essential oils are extracted from plants, how to use oils safely and effectively and specific oils she recommends for mood enhancement. Jessica Hill Powell is a nationally board certified health coach, and the founder of Meridian Integrative Wellness, a business that is the embodiment of all of her passions: the psychology of change, continued education, mentorship, natural wellness, and personal growth & empowerment. She has a degree in Psychology from Bellarmine University and was trained as an Integrative Health Coach at Duke University. She's also a certified yoga instructor. Aside from her own private health coaching practice, she teaches a class series, Demystifying Meditation, a free monthly Wellness Restoration, as well as a rotation of creative pop-ups.
