The topic of the month is Winter Wellness!
For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, the winter season is quickly approaching. Winter looks and feels differently for everyone and as mental health professionals we notice that it can be a difficult time for us and/or our clients. The Academy team got together and discussed their experience with winter.
The Academy Team:
Juniper Owens - Director and Lead Faculty

We also offer plenty of tips and techniques as well as a guided practice at the end of the conversation on how to protect your peace. We will also be publishing our winter wellness bundle, which will include this podcast, our blog and worksheets and interventions that you can download and use with your clients or use for your own personal winter wellness. Our printable resources our designed to be customized for your clients and focus on an integrative approach which includes aspects of mind, body, spirit and environment.
